General Terms and Conditions


For general conditions apply for registering at shows organized by the Flemish Association for German Shepherd Dogs.


Payments through release you from the obligation to pay the event organizer.

All our payments are processed by one of our payment service providers, which, depending on show and currency, can be iDEAL, SEPA Transfer and Bancontact.


Annulations received at least 3 days before the registration deadline of an exhibition may be admissible for refunds under the conditions set by and with the consent of the organizer. The cancellation must be made in writing and accompanied by a certificate from a doctor or veterinarian. After the deadline of 3 days before the registration deadline, refund requests will no longer be admissible.

Changing a dog

Changing a dog is not allowed, we can cancel the dog and for this we would like to refer you to the "Refunds" conditions.

Adapting a class

A class modification is possible through this site's contact form ( The adjustment will be made only after payment has been made. You can make the adjustment until the final closing of the show.
